The very fist Past Prefects Society of vijaya college inaugurated in the matale district, successfully conducted an on June 15th 14th 15th, with the infention of uplifting the oratory abilities and personality qualities of the students
.
Umanga Bandara Subapandithe while exposing his talenta and skills throughout the competition won the 1st place in the junior section, while Thusith Dorakubura won awards for the senior section.
Though this competition was held among comments for and against, scoffing and admiration obstacles this enterprise helped to enrich the hidden qualities of amateurs and to produce a new generation of orators for our school. |

Menaka Harshan a past pupil of vijaya college Matale. Launched his maiden literary attempt An easy way to oratory. His vast experience in the field helped him in this book. The main features of a good speaker such as the plot, introduction conclusion and diction, usage of words, phraseology, linguistic phi logy, gestures voice control are clearly shown in his book. As a result anyone who reads it can read and comprehend the facts easily. |

who sit the G.C.E.O/L Exam in December,
on 22nd 23rd and 24th of October ,
in the main hall vijaya college Matale.
Their seminar will be conducted by a panel of schools. |
